I was going to town at lunch to drop off my papers for my driver’s licence, as well as open a cash ISA account at the bank.

But noooooo, today, everything is working against me! First, no busses are running from work to town, and second, there’s a bomb scare in town so traffic’s mad so even if anyone wanted to drive me, I couldn’t go.
