So this is day 2.
I ate well today, drank loads of water, did sitting-situps (when you tense and release your diaphragm very slowly) while at work, got home, did dishes, dinner, then went for a good brisk 25 minutes walk (with a pathetic attempt at jogging for about 3-4 minutes).
Now I feel fantastic!
I’m also adding a new player in the challenge, my mom Francine!
