Morning weight: 146.2lbs (booo!)
Breakfast: English muffin with Flora spread
Lunch: Minestrone soup with wholewheat roll, cup of herbal tea, over 1 liter of water throughout the morning
Dinner: I was naughty and had oven chips and a salmon & orange pepper omelette.
Exercise: I went for a good 25 min walk with about 5 minutes attempt at jogging again – Neeeed gooood shooooes!
All in all, not a terrible day but a pretty hefty dinner.
