Having a poke around my WordPress dashboard, I realised quite how hard Akismet has been working for me since I upgraded to WP2, many moons ago.
Sometimes the best features of an app are the ones you don’t notice.
certainly something that you don’t notice when it works, but if it didn’t…..
Can you use that askimet thingy even if you’re using blogspot or another template based blogging system?
What I want to do on my blog, is every few hours take the oldest post and move it to the
front of the queue, all automatically. Anyone know if there is a plugin that can do this or
a simple way to set up another plugin to do this (use my own feed perhaps)?

I downloaded the movable type version of Askimet and found it completely wiped out all the spam posts that had been sneaking through my existing barrier.
Problem is it seems to be blocking all legitimate comments too – I’m beginning to feel quite lonely.
